My Career Leader Assessment

The career leader assessment report integrates the following four sections, interests, motivators, skills and culture match. This report indicates different aspects of my personality towards work, family, people and society to give me a holistic picture of my current and future aspirations. I believe that reflection on this assessment has helped me to understand myself better to find a pathway to my personal success as well as set my direction for being a career leader.

My interest in quantitative analysis must have led to this result and also relates to my interests in four finance fields. Non-profit management is one I haven’t previously considered before but would love to explore this option too. This assessment has helped me find out the fields where I can focus on and derive my interests from helping me to excel.

I am willing to improve more on this aspect, as I am open to new ideas and making positive changes. I feel thinking out-of-the-box is crucial to stand out in a competitive environment and increase my abilities relating to innovation and change.

The precision and planning section indicates high scale level, which I agree with, as I start my day by setting out the tasks I need to do to complete it in order and high interest level in quantitative analysis and enterprise control will help me to develop strategic plans and implement them for the betterment of myself as well as others.

In conclusion, according to my understanding and experience, the assessment report signifies the area of my interests in specific industries such as banking, investment, manufacturing and production and real estate and work under departments such as research and development, finance and accounting. I always wanted to work with people from various fields of knowledge, experience, and different cultural backgrounds.
