My most recent roles have involved working inside of Human Resource departments. Working as a Recruiter at American Income Life required effective communication and organizational skills. The week before being awarded the Top Recruiter Bonus, I met the challenge of increasing the amount of interviews that were needed by the Tampa office by analyzing how many interviews that I booked per hour, this allowed me to prioritize my time effectively with multiple job candidates. As a result of using this strategy, my contribution of scheduled interviews to the Tampa office that day was over 50%.
