Clear and concise communication is an intricate part of building a good team. Without the proper communication channel the team is unlikely to become successful. With so many means of communication, the organization hopes team members will incorporate several methods. The all channel network permits all group members actively to communicate with each other (Robins & Judge, 2011). All channel provides fast speed, moderate accuracy, high member satisfaction, an typically does not require a leader.

Grapevine communication is a concern of the organization. To help reduce informal communication of this type the organization will attempt the following (Managing Rumors, 1983): * Provide a consistent and steady stream of information from management. * Explain actions that may appear inconsistent or secretive. * Respond to rumors using rational. * Open communication channels.
