2-1 As their team leader, I would need to guide the development of the two groups in order for the
teams to agree upon which should be a priority, the performance or the aesthetics. They can start by
practicing the five phases that a group goes through as it develops. The five stages are: Orientation,
Conflict, Brainstorming, Emergence, and Reinforcement. When the groups understand and exercise
these phases, they will be able to prevent glitches that could arise, including issues with poor group

2-15 Dear instructor,
I am writing you a summary of how body behavior expresses mood during a conversation. In findings, I
have come to the conclusion that by becoming more aware of certain body language and understanding
what it might means, you can learn to interpret others mood more easily. This puts you in a better
position to communicate effectively with them. I have enclosed a list of my discovery below.
a. Shifting one’s body continuously while seated suggests that the person is tense or feeling angry. It
could also convey being anxious or uncomfortable with the topic at hand.
b. Twirling and playing with one’s hair suggest that the person is nervous and is partaking in a self-
soothing behavior. It can also be a sign of stress or worry.
C .Sitting in a sprawled position indicates that the individual isn’t truly focusing in on every word, they’d
