The TKI assessment was an excellent instrument to gain awareness of my negotiation style. The results showed that my negotiation style is 100% cooperating, followed by a 58% compromising, 50% competing, 25% accommodating and 17% avoiding. The results could be influenced by the Strike Fighter simulation and I believe might be different if other negotiation circumstances were present, like, for example, if the other party were highly competitive. Our negotiation was developed in an environment of trust, in which all of us participated in a process of mutual gains. We worked cooperatively to negotiate a solution to our issues, looking for the trade-offs that represent the interests of each sides. Such situation allowed me to keep the win-win
