“Thank you for giving me the opportunity to talk you”. “How are you doing today?” (Observing the patient no verbal reactions and maintaining eye contact, leaning forward but maintaining boundaries).

3. “I am sorry you feel depressed and anxious, but can you tell me what you think is triggering your depression?” (I was talking and looking straight to the patient).

9. “The fact that you came voluntary here, seems to me like you want to get help” (applying solar). Client Interaction:

1.“I am doing okay” (looking at me with a polite mood but a vague concern look).

2. She looked to the side of the room for a moment and returned to look back to me with a flat face “I have been very anxious and depress lately”.
3. “My grandfather is very sick, he has Parkinson. He requires a lot of help so I constantly help him, but he is not feeling well” (she had a sad look while she was telling me her situation). “I get sad and upset with her own daughter who does not want to help him or be part of his life” (she was moving her hands constantly and her voice got a little louder).

4. The client pause for a second “Yes, I had constantly thick, about hurting myself but no others, it is the motive I came here voluntary”. (Blunted face but still a little teared).

8. “I am taking many medications at the moment. There is a particular medication that I cannot remember the name but I have to take it at 6 am which interrupts my sleep” (client yawn a few more times during her statement).

Analysis
1.The interaction was initiated in a routine friendly way because I did not want her to feel intimidated by going straight into deep questioning, instead I want to create a comfortable atmosphere for both of us and reduce nervousness and stress.
2. I tried to use an open ended question to allow her to state her main concern as well as to get her awareness of her own mental
