Stress is something everyone has dealt with it once in his or her life. It could be cause from work, college, a relationship, or other issues. Some might think stress only affects adults, but that’s wrong. A recent study showed teens deal with stress too. Stress isn’t good at all for anybody, and stress is affecting the health of the person who’s under stress. This is important because if you are part of a percentage of people who suffer from stress. You need to learn of ways to calm the stress because it will affect your life negatively.

Also, that the stress is affecting both the teens and adults eating habits, sleeping patterns, and exercising. The negative objective is the research only displayed certain age portions like teens and adults. What about the children or elderly people? Do they get affected also? It also was show cased with only a sample of a thousand people, which doesn’t cover much population. You need quite a few more people to compare as analysis with the society. Another is they didn’t provide gender or race with the study. How do we know that girls are more affected than a boy is? Is a certain race easily stressed?
These astounding findings can be presented to parents or to the school board; to get them on board creating programs to help the students deal with stress. Have meeting with parents and talk to them about, how they can help their child cope with stress. Inform the students that there’s help in school and they can talk with the teachers or counselors. Even get the communities involve creating events or program to reduce
