Stress can be defines as feeling of strain or pressure. Since I work in a sales field, I come across stress more often than many others. I have experienced headaches, anxiety and once in a while apathy.
When the workplace stress presents bodily or psychological harm to the employee, it can be viewed as negative. If employee is in constant stress related to job field, it can affect their productivity and not only the employee will view the job as negative, the employer might also feel its effects.
Some stress may be positive which may increase productivity, which is generally related to a challenge. Positive stress may help in motivation, adaptation and reaction towards the environment. Employees may view some stress as positive if it doesn’t

This actually works well with the first question related to stress because these benefits can help a employee’s work related stress at work.

Avoidance – This strategy seeks to put off conflict indefinitely. The avoider hopes by ignoring the conflict, the problem will resolve itself without a confrontation.
Accommodation – This strategy simply gives what the opposing party wants to resolve a conflict. This usually occurs when one party views the conflict as minor and just wants to keep peace.
Forcing – This technique involves pushing one’s individual ideas or concerns on another individual. This may occur regardless of resistance from individuals who are being pursued.
Compromise – This strategy usually calls for both parties to give up something in order to arrive at an acceptable solution. This technique usually occurs at places where both parties hold equal power at workplace or organization.
Collaboration – This technique works by using ideas from multiple people to resolve a conflict and reach a solution acceptable by everyone included. This technique can be very time consuming so it may not work for every
