Company: Starlet’s Wardrobe
Catherine launched Starlet’s Wardrobe fall of 2013, a baby and children’s fashion boutique offering specialty designs such as customized tutus, embroidered shirts, hoodies, shoes and bows. Starlet’s wardrobe offers a direct to consumer shopping platform.
Our Mission is to create an all-inclusive personnel management program which contains both policy development and direct delivery services. We are responsible for developing, implementing and upholding a fully unified and synchronized program to meet the needs of Starlet’s Wardrobe.
Five Important areas that we have contained within are:

a) Harassment
Harassment can be a form of unlawful employment discrimination. Harassment is unlawful when the conduct is: (1) unwelcome, (2) based on a person’s protected class, and (3) the conduct alters the employee’s conditions of employment.
Employees should report harassment to a member of management and file a grievance. Management may conduct harassment investigation.
It is important to implement these polices because workplace harassment costs business millions of dollars every year. It can also be the cause of lower employee morale, reduction in productivity and costly lawsuits. It is critical to implement this policy and educate employees of several types of workplace harassment.

I believe all of my staff play an important part in the lives of families and this business. At Starlet’s Wardrobe integrity is meaningfully important to our values and morals. We expect your actions on behalf of the company must be made with the highest level of integrity. Your decisions should rely on honesty, equality, admiration and trust. To function otherwise would be damaging to this business and what we stand for. To confirm that this communications manual is implemented effectively, it is vital for us to communicate the contents of this manual to all staff frequently. I want to make sure it is known why this guide is created, what the purpose is and how the manual will and shall be used throughout this business.
