Social implications of e-commerce means how the invention of e-commerce has affected society as a whole since online shopping was introduced. The implications vary in the good and the bad, I will be discussing the advantages and disadvantages in this document.

Not all of society has been able to keep track of the updates of technology and gadgets which means that not everybody can get access to online stores; this minority of people who don’t know how to use e-commerce services would usually be the older generation who either do not know how to use the online services or simply do not trust the services.
