This in turn can affect the individual’s ability to perform which will affect working results, which could result in un-employment and loss of earnings, which will affect the household income, which will prevent the affluent lifestyle being maintained. Individuals, who feel this amount of loss, more often than not also start to feel physically and emotionally un-well, and seek professional health support for the health and illness issues they are experiencing. This cycle of need relates to the ‘continuum effect.’ this pattern of occupational class mobility, can also work in reverse, in as much as, someone suffers ill-health, gains a determination to improve future prospects
