First, preheat the oven to 300, then spray a cookie sheet with your cooking spray. In a small-sized bowl, combine 1 cup old-fashioned oats, 2 tbsp. chia seeds, ½ tsp. cinnamon, and ¼ tsp. nutmeg, then stir well. Add 2 tbsp. honey and 1 tbsp. canola oil to oat mixture until completely coated. Spread granola into the cookie sheet you prepared, then bake for about 15 minutes. Make sure to stir halfway through for even cooking. Let cool till oats become crispy, and enjoy!
Nutritious Chia Choco Pudding
This healthy recipe makes a great alternative for any other creamy chocolate pudding. In a medium bowl, combine a quarter cup of chia seeds, 1 tbsp. each of brown sugar and white sugar, 2 tbsp. cocoa powder, ½ tsp. instant coffee, ¼ tsp. vanilla, a very few grains of salt, and a cup of milk, then stir well. Leave it for about 5 minutes, then stir again. Repeat 2 more times, or until the mixture becomes thicker. Wrap up and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Finally, transfer it to a pudding cup, then sprinkle dark chocolate hemp seeds over the top, and indulge in this delicious chia chocolate pudding!
