Central Idea: To make energy bites all you have to do is collect the ingredients, mix them together, and make them bite sized.
Introduction
Many people in this generation either do not know how to cook or are too scared to cook for fear of messing something up. However, cooking is nothing to be scared of; it can be a very helpful skill to possess in day-to-day life. The best way to learn how to cooks is by starting out easy with recipes that are extremely hard to mess up, energy bites are one of those recipes. You do not have to be afraid of burning yourself, or whatever you are cooking, because, you do not have to cook anything. I. Main Idea: Firstly, I will show you what ingredients and supplies you will need.
a. Ingredients:
i. 1 cup of oats ii. 3/4 cup of coconut iii. 1/2 cup of peanut butter iv. 3/4 cup of dried cranberries
v. 1/3 cup of honey vi. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract vii. 1 tablespoon chia seeds
1. Packed with antioxidants, lower the risk of heart disease. viii. 2 tablespoons flax seeds
1. Healthier hair and skin (reduces dryness of skin), High in antioxidants, and helps healthy digestion. ix. 1 handful of chocolate chips, semi-sweet
