Legalizing it
In New York, Big Gulps are not allowed while marijuana is being welcome in Colorado. Those who smoke the cigarette are undesirable, while people who smoke marijuana are welcome. This is happening with the reality that pothead is almost universally recognized as unmotivated, low-class, and, yes, smelly failures. It seems to have a financial and human cost of keeping marijuana illegal, our prisons are a good example for it, but the cost we will pay when marijuana will be legal would be larger than it. So, marijuana has to be illegal to create the better Society to live. Adding to it, smoking is a dirty habit which makes people die younger while drinking is the potential danger which could take thousands of lives per year, but we want to allow marijuana on the top of that? To allow that will be like to break the knee cap of a person whose back and shoulder are already broke. Since a significant number of Americans want to smoke marijuana we cannot flush down thousands of lives in the drain. If we did it now then we will feel guilty about it later. In every, thousand people in prison one hundred will be for using marijuana or selling it. So, marijuana is illegal to save hundreds of lives. The toxic level of cigarette is very low in comparison to marijuana. The person who smokes marijuana will have lung problems as much as twenty years earlier than a cigarette smoker.
