ICM met with Mr. Fundenberg at Roosevelt Darby center located at 802 N. Broad Street to assist him with the intake process to obtain shelter housing. During this encounter, Mr. Fundenberg shared his frustrations with his housing situation. He stated that it's "messed up that after working all of these years I don’t have a place to stay". He continued on stating that “I can't deal with the smells in shelters. If it’s not up to par I'm not staying". ICM acknowledged Mr. Fundenberg's frustrations, but encouraged him to remain hopeful. ICM informed Mr. Fundbergh that although residing in a shelter is not an ideal situation it will provide him with a place to stay until other housing options become available to him.
