On 10/15/2015, Haywood Ellis contacted Pasco Sheriff`s Office by telephone to report a Petit Theft and Criminal Mischief.

Mr. Ellis advised sometime between 2000 hours on 10/14/2015, and 07005 hours on 10/15/2015, an unknown suspect stole his three feet by five feet American flag out of the wall mounted flagpole by the front entrance to his home. The unknown suspect also bent the metal flagpole when pulling the flag downward to unsnap the plastic snaps securing it to the metal flagpole.

Mr. Ellis was unable to provide any suspect or witness information. He said the suspect fled the scene undetected. Mr. Ellis also advised the suspect left no evidence at the scene and there
