On 10/20/2015, Michael Borgman contacted Pasco Sheriff`s Office by telephone to report a Petit Theft.
Mr. Borgman advised between 1400 and 1700 hours on 10/17/2015, he hosted a barbeque at his home that was attended by approximately thirty friends. When the party was over and he was cleaning up he noticed his welder and wire cutters were not on the work table in his garage where he placed them just prior to the start of the party. He said his garage was open and all of the guest had access to it.
Mr. Borgman said he does not have surveillance and has not contacted any of his guest to inquire if any of them observed another guest with the listed property.
