This system undergoes when the society is post-industrial, when there is a large number of service, white collar jobs. In this system, the stratification varies, the contact between groups is more common and the power difference among the groups is the least. The contemporary status of my family in this era is definitely more diverse. There are people in all kinds of fields of jobs, I have cousins in the primary labor market but there are also some in the secondary labor market, I think I have more in the secondary labor market but that is likely because we are families that recently moved to the United States, all our parents were Mexican citizens however my generation of children were all born in the United
