With the relationship that we have it is incredibly important for you to know everything so that you can work with me to make decisions in regards to my actions. Through our constant contact we can together make decisions that will prove to be more fruitful in the long run. Without a thorough understanding of what is going on in my life I will not be able to work with you to better myself. Letting you in on every aspect of my life means you are able to fully understand the situations I find myself in, create the most concise and plan of attack on my physical and mental hurdles and better explain what is going on in my life when I am unsure. A major hurdle in my life is that I internalize a lot of my emotions and keep my problems to myself while putting on a happy façade. This is not healthy or productive and will eventually lead to implosion. That is the reason it is paramount that we keep all communications lines open and without hiatus. I often think, I don’t want to sound dumbfounded, is my work not as up to par as others? But I often don’t realize that the real strength of any relationship is having alternative points of views, they may see things I may have never noticed before and others may even come up with a more effective solution on a problem. Reflecting back on how my personal learning network has grown throughout the variety of roles I have held in public education, this assignment has helped me to realize that social networking tools have played a much bigger role in my professional learning than I had originally thought. As a whole my network seems to be a balance between print, digital and face-to-face interactions. Professional reading has always been an enjoyment for me and seems to guide my digital searches. I enjoy Pinterest and searching Google images to see how other educators are putting the ideas I have read about into practice.…

However, Ms. Anna was generous and extended the assignment due date for me; she even gave me an extra-credit assignment to replace the credits that I missed during my two weeks in training.…
