Culture also refers to tradition and values of the person, individual culture is influenced by many factors, such as race, gender, religion, ethnicity, socio-economic status, sexual orientation and life experience, culture competence is very important to maintain therapeutic nurse-client relationship. When I heard this story first I was so irritated gradually I figure it out that is their believe, Then I told them you can go to temple and pray your god, but still you can come with me to see the doctor.
