“It is important to have a different learner body, not only to make a reasonable location but also to give confidence of students to and be taught something new about subject matter. In the classroom you can keep away from child unawareness and actually explain them about other things that go on around them. An additional issue in a less diverse pupil population is bullying. The different students are often targets for bullying. Regularly when teachers lack knowledge of things that they are not familiar to they are speedy to judge or label and make ignorant decisions.
Change can create curiosity. By being uncovered to different culture and people, a student would like to gain knowledge of more about an exacting group which can give them imminent into how and why things work as they act and perhaps a way to change them for the better. Objectives:
The objective of the study will follow as:
1. To examine the teacher’s perception of change in private school.
2. To examine the teacher’s perception of change in public school.
3. To compare among the perception of change in private and public schools.
4. To review the cause of readiness and acceptance of change in both private and public schools.
Significance of the Study:
This study will be helpful for the administrators, teachers, educational psychologist, the get awareness about the views of teachers about change. After conducting this study we can compare that to what extent private or public schools are ready for change or how can they bring change, and we will find out the factors that have important role
Hypothesis
H1: There is no significant difference between public and private school toward change.
H2: There is no gender difference of perception of change.
H3: there positive relationship on perception of change between public and private schools.
