The Royal Bank of Canada is the largest financial institution in Canada. The bank serves 18 million clients and has 80, thousand employees worldwide serving 40 countries.
RBC is providing personal and commercial banking, many more services and around the world. RBC’S vision always earning the right to be our clients' first choice and its values are excellent service to clients and each other, and many more I am proud of member of it.

In your last workplace what project or accomplishment are you the most proud of?
On a Friday afternoon almost closing times my turn to serve a customer who was in a hurry to leaving the city Friday night for family event. He had a certify check amount of $ 7000 he want to with draw all of it I can’t release all of them I told him I try my best.
He is our client but the check belongs to TD bank. When I view his account history is not so good I have no access to TD. I have a problem to verify the fund is available because of the check is another bank .The customer argue certify check means money is there. And he seem to be talkative I could understand his frustration unfortunately that time my limit was only $ 2000 a transection. With my supervisor help I call the TD branch and make sure the fund is there and my supervisor authorization I gave him 5000 and I advise him in 2 days later he can with draw the rest of the money. The customer was satisfied and apologizes and left the branch. My supervisor calls me and said she increase my release amount to 5000. I was able to deal an angry customer, critical situation like this with my problem solving skill and with product knowledge I went extra mile with my team member approval make the customer happy and get complement as release amount

I have to go under surgery and treatment on my previous injury. I could not continue there but now I am fully recovered and ready to join the team again

I could think of one incident a customer went over limit transection. Clients not aware of limit of their transection limit when they went over there is automatic charge customers dissatisfy and come to me I try to understand try to wave some of it and try to sale better one for them
