Business organisation requires adopting various decisions related to future establishment before taking form which works for their sustainability and prosperity. It is essential to measure political, economic and cultural variables from which business organisation development is dependent upon (Alsos & Kolvereid, 1998). Business environment is based on various factors including society, culture, politics and other policies like monetary policy, government intervention and fiscal policy etc. Therefore to follow these regulations and policies are important part of conducting business.

• The objective for a customer that Barclays Bank meets is to protect their customers for example, they have a fraud guarantee and they ensure that innocent victims of fraud are refunded as soon as possible.
• The objective for an employer that Barclays Bank meets is to keep the environment content and pleasant place to work at so the employer enjoys his job role.
• The objective for a manager that Barclay Bank meets is to give the greatest and maximum training possible so he can keep control of his employees and guide them best of possible (www.barclaysbank.com).

Nationwide Bank
• The objective for a customer that Nationwide meets is to do surveys and reviews for the latest feedback so the organisation can improve and progress in the business.
