(Crenshaw, 1995) The United States has more prisons and prisoners than any other country in the world. The acts can range from murder, misconduct, and any violations that need to be properly handled. High school dropouts (all races) are likely to end up in jail because of survival needs and most importantly crimes. Unfortunately, black men are considered to be target more than white men will ever likely to be. (Franklin, 1976) If a black male was to commit the same crime as a white male his punishment will be worse than the white male. It seems that we can conclude than even the system we have is not meant for everyone to have equal punishment. (Franklin, 1976) Government official are here to provide for us a country of free will and equal opportunity, but people can fathom the idea to believe that racial equality is only a myth in this society. (Franklin, 1976) Yet this very same country does not create equal grounds with other countries unless it is for resources. As a whole this country needs to change the way they perceive every individual, and the individuals need to stop living up to their race stereotypical
