~Medication errors, there is technology being built that will reduce the risk of medication errors, Internally, when nurses are being interrupted when preparing medication this causes errors, does not matter what kind of technology is in place, leave the nurse alone.
Peer review, self-evaluation, along with performance appraisals, can be used to identify clinical standards of practice that improve the quality of care. Action plans put in place after an occurrence so this would prevent a future incident. Internally, this program would be most effective.
