The amount of high school dropouts in the United States is alarming. In the United States alone more than 1.2 million students drop out of high school. The question is, why? Why does America have such a large amount of students who don’t finish their high school education. There are many factors that play a role in the problem. sufficiently completed course work or are failing their classes. These students become part of another statistic. They leave school because they have an insufficient amount of school support.
No one is helping them academically which results in their failure. Most students can 't even afford a tutor to help them. This is wrong. We should create more after school programs and get teachers to spend more one on one time with the students to help them on the pathway to a brighter future. To a bigger and brighter
