5 CONCLUSION
Public relations is a management function to establish and maintain relationship between an organization or individual and its publics. It aims to construct an effective communication. Based on data from researches, a standard Public Relation Professional should be a 33-year-old lady who has a bachelor degree, and works 41.4 hours weekly. She has outgoing personality, self-confidence, an understanding of human psychology, and an enthusiasm for motivating others. Although there is no hard threshold to entry, this industry still needs very strongly comprehensive abilities. Other than basic qualities, execution, sales skills and accumulated amounts of contacts are of significant.
