Every personality type is different in a work environment. ENFPs, like myself are the “inspirers” according to Psychology Junkie. We are very outgoing, gregarious, hedonistic when being motivated by our desires, and we have a certain panache when it comes to connecting with people. The authors of Type Talk, Otto Kroeger and Janet Thueson state that extroverts “think out loud; they clarify their ideas by sharing them with others, refining them as they speak”.
