The three stress prevention, management and treatment I picked and can relate to are Massage Accupressure, Exercise and Relaxation Exercise Yoga.

Massage Accupressure is a great way to relieve stress with not only your body, but your mind. My husband and I would go in to get foot massage acupressure once in a while and each and everytime we leave of that place we feel relax. Not only relax within ourselves, but our bodies. How foot acupressure works is they soak your feet on warmed tea water, while they work on your front head, neck, arms, thighs, legs then to your feet. After they put time on your feet, you are turned around on your stomach, while they start on your head going down again. Getting the right mssage therapist is very important, because if you get a weak lazy person you will leave out of there with pain you came in with. So when walking into a massage place it’s important to come in to relax and to get the right person. It’s good to keep the names of one that worked on you before.

I could be angry or just stress from work, but when I get home I get ready for my workout and straight to my exercise of choice for the day. It could be P90x3, or Les Mills Pump or Les Mills Combat, those are my 3 favorite workout programs. Just going through 30 to an hour of a workout is the best stress reliever, not only do I put all my energy into it, but I gain more back by the time I’m done. While going through all the movements, it helps me let go of everything that went on my day. Not only do I feel more relax when I’m done, I’m more energize and mostly I get in a better state of mind to really figure out how to let go of everything that could be bothering me or actually solve my
