Police violence is the controversial issue in America. It is the increase use of excessive force, the beating, the killing of people. They are to protect everyone, and not to kill. The reasons for police being violent is obviously a kind of stress factor at work. They operate in a more complicated arena than some other profession. The effect maybe psychological or physical to the victims. Community feel the impact of police violence in some cases. There is no doubt that police brutality often leads to racial profiling. This can be stopped by involving community in decision and active use of body cameras.

Causes of police violence
1. Many Police departments don’t provide adequate training. The Police Training Commission (PTC) staff, under the authority of the Police Training Act, are responsible for the development and certification of basic training courses for county and local police, sheriffs ' officers, state and county investigators, state and county corrections officers, juvenile detention officers, and a number of other law enforcement positions, as well as several instructor development courses. Training courses are revised and updated on an ongoing basis as necessitated by legislation, court decisions, and advances in technology and the state of knowledge regarding law enforcement
