At first, the main purpose why someone has to take plastic surgery is because that person needs it to restore a part of his/ her body that has been damaged. As time goes on, people invent various practices on plastic surgery. In this era, some people do plastic surgery not because of their health problems, but mainly because they want to look better. This type of surgery is known as cosmetic plastic surgery. When we read the word “cosmetic” what comes through our mind? There are many reasons for this. The fact that society sees upon our outer look first may be the main problem why people start of having plastic surgery. Since in this time we have all facilities of making ourselves to look better, it is not wrong to use what has the world offer to us. After earning a lot of money we deserve to use it freely as we desired. Furthermore, according to the people who had plastic surgery, now they feel more confident as they can get a lot of friends. Therefore, society has no right to restrict any plastic surgery practices because these people who felt unwanted may gain confidence by having plastic surgery. As have been discussed earlier, people got plastic surgery doesn’t mean that person wanting to look better, aside from that, due to the occurrences of certain events like burns, congenital defects such as cleft palate, bone fractures, mastectomy, etc. It’s urgently required for them to take plastic surgery because the pain may be hurtful. For health reason, plastic surgery is proven as a medical treatment that is needed. Violation of plastic surgery disadvantage many people. Although it is a cosmetic surgery or a normal plastic surgery, since it doesn’t break the any law and safe, plastic surgery still play an important role in the medical
