The concept of community health nurse is the provision of nursing care for collective people, bound in relationships that are called families, other groups, aggregates, and communities (Holzemer and Klainberg, 2014). Proving nursing care to the clients in community involves additional responsibility of caring for the client as a nurse in community setting.
