Personal Narrative: My Team Vs. Florida Gators

I would go back to the day where i could have won the championship for my team. It was a super hot day, about 95 degrees out and no wind, we had a big game that day and every one was nervous. It was the championship game versus one of the best teams in the country, the Florida Gators. The smallest kid on there team was bigger than me, these guys were giants. We keep up with them being behind only one run through out the whole game, it was the last inning with two players on base and I'm up to bat. They changed pitchers by the time i got up, and this kid was huge, at least 6 feet which is crazy for a 15 year old, he had broad shoulders and a mean look on his face, i was average height for my age which was around 5 foot 2 inches. With three balls and two strikes, i step out of the box and focus up. I stepped back in the box and got ready to hit, So many things were going through my mind at the time and i had to step out again and re group my self. I get back in the box and get ready for the pitch, it comes in straight down the middle , i close my eyes and swing as hard as i possibly can. I hear nothing and happen up my eyes, only to see that the catcher has the ball and i got struck out in the championship game. it was one of the worst feeling in the world, i lost the game for my team when they needed me the most.
