I rode down through the trees and I was so cold I was going to die. I stopped for a minute and got out my hand warmers and used them, and checked my watch. I was out there for 2 hours man! So I was freaking out more than every now and I rod the snowled board thingy all the way and then I found a snow plow just a plain old boring snowplow. Well the snow plow was on a path that said caution now someone's probably like, well you wouldn't go down there find another way around, NO! I put my board on and just started cruising through the that caution tape. I followed that path all they way till it ended. At the end of the path I took off my board and there was a cliff a boring rocky stone high cliff. At so I had to turn around and walk all they way back now someone probably like why didn't you walk all they way up BECAUSE I was going up hill! Anyways I got back up and there was a guy driving the snow plow so I asked him if I could get a ride down and he was like yeah man. When I got down from the mountain my friends were freaking out but it's cool now. In the end I was safe. That's all that matters. Now that I think of it where did that guy come

Snow Fall The snow fell gracefully onto the ground flake by flake. As my family packed each bag into the car until they pressed tightly against the rear hatch, I tilted my head back towards the sun attempting to catch each fraill flake with my tongue. My entire family piled into the car slowly as I continued to stand motionless in the snow. Finally, forty minutes later when every mitten and hat had managed to make its way into the car, summoned by my parents who were anxious to get home, I slid into the car. Wiped out from the long weekend of skiing in Wisconsin, my entire family sat silently in their seats.…

These are the ones who make ramps out of snow. Said ramps will put you a cool yard into the air. One father so graciously invited me to, “Ride (his) jump bro!” I took the kind offer and stared down a new opponent, the hill, again mounting my aforementioned trusty steed, the snow boogie and pushing off more aggressively this time. I didn’t need to steer this time so I grabbed on to the handles placed at the front of the boogie, lifted up at the end of the jump and came down hard, closing my eyes to protect them from the snow that was tossed in my face. This continued on and off for a while as we took breaks to eat and chill.…

It was christmas break 2015, I had just got out of school and was ready to forget about the stress from school. It was a 30 degree day in Council Grove, Kansas, so everyone was bundled up in coats and complaining about the cold. I run out of the school hop in my truck and floor it home. On my way home I decide to take a little drive out on a dirt road and just cruise for a bit. As I start down this road a thought comes into my head “do you really want to be an accountant for the rest of your life.” I did not know what to think all the way through high school I had planned to become an accountant because it was a pretty easy job that got paid lots of money.…

It was a bright, white, snowy, cold day. The roads are covered with snow and the fields look like clouds with trees, the edges of the clouds are the snow filled ditches with the ice covered frozen bottoms. Dad had the day off of work and asked if I wanted to go snowmobiling with him. I obviously said yes because I’ve wanted to go all year. After we put on all of our snow pants, coat, gloves, and helmet he helped me get the snowmobiles out of the garage and start them.…

He was asking me a lot of questions and my hand was freezing from having my hand out of my glove. I couldn’t put my glove back on because whenever I even twitched my wrist it hurt. So the ski patrol called a snowmobile to the bottom of the hill and I had to ski down which I thought was going to be horrible, but it wasn’t too bad. When I got to the bottom by the snowmobile they wrapped my wrist with athletic tape. Next, they pulled out this cardboard square and I was thinking what is that for.…

After 24 hours we finally got to Colorado, it was December 1st, we stepped off the bus and was hit with the freezing winter air. If you took a step onto the snow your feet would disappear into the ground. The sky had elegant snowflakes gliding down that kept building on to the already abundant snow that lay there, although it was gray, and covered in clouds it didn't deter from the beautiful scenery. The trees marked each trial with the amazing scent of pine that would invade your nose. I never understood how snowboarding worked just that it took me from point to point fast. After many exhilarating runs down with my family, I decided that I should separate and go to the terrain park where all the jumps and rails were.…
