It appears that New Belgium has been able to effectively communicate their focus on sustainability and culture of "free spirited "and whimsical fun to its customer base. In order for New Belgium Brewing Company to be able to expand this focus to other areas within the company, they must first have the drive and commitment to reaching potential customers in different areas of the country. This company appears to have demonstrated a great deal of drive and commitment as evidenced by its apparent success and current certification as a B corporation (Dahl, 2016). Secondly, New Belgium Brewing Company would need to develop and implement a good adverting and promotion plan that consists of two parts; "marketing channels and physical distributions" (Ferrell & Hartline, 2014). …show more content…
Whereas, physical distribution refers to the actual movement of the products and/or services through the channel (Ferrell & Hartline, 2014). After which, I would recommend that NBBC utilize the AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, and Action) model in an attempt to attract more customers in different areas of the country and possibly outside of the country as well. This model's focus appears to first seek to the development of a promotional campaign to spark customers attention; secondly to obtain customer interest through the displaying of the features and benefits of the products and/or services; thirdly to spark desire within customers while conveying that the products and/or services are superior and will meet the needs of the consumers; and lastly to utilize promotions in order to move customers through the purchasing process (Ferrell & Hartline,
