My Strengths In High School

I had previously completed a similar exercise about finding my strengths when I was in High School. I still remember questioning myself, why am I doing this assignment? What is the purpose of this? I believe I asked these questions because I had no interest in what career path I wanted to pursue back when I was in High School. However, I now know what I want to pursue in the future and taking this test has allowed me to see what strengths I have that can contribute into the working environment when I’m interviewing or applying to jobs. The 5 strengths from the test were Futuristic, Achiever, Consistency, Positivity, and Activator. The futuristic strength result is something that I can very much agree on. It doesn’t matter what career path you are going into. There’s a need for leadership ability to be successful in their respective path. I think the results from my strengths inherent to my leadership skills because all the strength has commonality where I am able to be decisive. Being a leader, you have to make decisions and follow through with it instead of being hesitant. A-Ability to assist others. Every leader needs to take care of their followers. They need to communicate efficiently with everyone on the team in order to bring them together. B-Be Brave. Often times, leaders are required to step out of their comfort zones in necessary situations. They need to be brave and take initiatives. C-Communicate with everyone. Leaders need to be able to communicate with everyone in their group. By having a solid communicating skill, you are able to solve lots of problems through communications. D-Do your due diligence. Leaders need to prepare and do all their research prior to events and meetings. They need to be on top of their toes and be composed when approached by usual
