As an activator, I like to get my work done once it is given to me. I believe that being activator is a great thing to be. For me, being an activator, is a true statement. I believe that strong communication skills can get you anything and anywhere. Communication is how we learn new things about one another. Without communication between people, nothing would get accomplished, and we would all be lost. Another one of my strengths was empathy. Although, I think being empathetic is more of a weakness than a strength, it still describes me well. At first I thought of myself as the least empathetic person on this Earth, but through the last few weeks, I have noticed that I put people before me. I can see this as a strength, but mostly as a weakness. I feel that putting people before yourself could lead to self-neglect. If you focus on others and their work rather than focusing on yourself, they are excelling and you are not. My last strength was adaptation. This is something I can definitely see myself as. Through my four years of high school, I attended three different schools. I went from a small private school to where I knew everyone and their grandparents, to a large public school, both in Birmingham, Alabama.
