My major strengths related to this outcome were communication, and problem solving skills. I have good communication skills; I talk to people in a way they feel comfortable sharing their problems with me so I can help them in the better way to promote health and well being. Due to better communication skill I was able to obtain all the necessary information regarding their disease states and due to my problem solving skills I was able to recommend other preventative care vaccines like pneumonia vaccines to the diabetic patients if they haven’t received one.
