My Career Choice Of A Chemical Engineer

Over the years I have changed my career a few times. For the longest, I wanted to be an astronomer then it was working for Google, but now I think I want to be a chemical engineer. Under the major of the chemical engineer, there are so many different types of jobs. Some of these jobs include an analytical chemist, energy manager, manufacturing engineer. This is useful just in case I want to change what I do later on. In this essay, I will state how some psychological concepts will enhance my career choice of a chemical engineer.

After a lot of deliberation, I have come to the conclusion that I want to choose chemical engineer as my career path. I would like to be a chemical engineer because I like chemistry and I’m good at it. Another reason is that under the chemical engineer degree I would work with pharmaceutical companies to help find cures for diseases, which I think I would like to pursue in the future. I believe through chemical engineering I can help make a difference in some way. …show more content…
I chose these concepts because as a future worker in the sciences this could help me when I am working through the scientific method and working with people. I will need these because if I am attempting to make a cure for a disease it would help to know how the brain works and how to conduct experiments that will give me the best results. I will also be beneficial to know about brain chemistry for giving people drugs. If you know what type of mindset the person is in when you give them the medication you can monitor them to see if anything changes. You would also be about able to see how it
