What if a teen Is going through all of the brain development that Dr. Seigel brings to our attention and this particular teen hit puberty at a very early age....let's say 13 and it's a female and she commits the crime of murder. How much of this intent to commit the crime of murder can be "blamed" on the teen age brain being underdeveloped at the time of this crime? How much is blamed on estrogen....? What if this child is doing drugs? This is a horrendous combination for a human being to be in. Hormones, drugs, and a brain that is not developed yet. This video just absolutely put me on my ear.
