A hispanic mother mostly never has time for herself because she is so caught up with her motherly duties that her self care becomes unimportant. Mothers don’t have time to go to the gym, have a spa day, or even take a nap. Hispanic mothers are always on the move and do not rest, they run on full battery. Mothers do so much and do not ask for anything in return. The only day mothers have a small rest is on Mother’s Day, on this day they are given endless hugs and kisses. Hispanic mothers do so much for their families and go above and beyond for not only family members, but also friends. Mothers do not ask for anything in return they simply just want to see their families content.
Motherhood is a difficult task and must be taken seriously. Being a mother in the hispanic culture means you put everyone else before yourself care.
