In public or private education, I believe the three most challenging transitional points for middle level students are when they initially move from elementary to middle school; from middle to high school and transitioning from youth to adolescence.
• The recommended curriculum approaches to meet the needs of middle level students transitioning from elementary to middle school would be instead of having students stay with one teacher to receive curriculum, allow students to begin as early as the third grade, exploring changing classes at least twice under the instruction of two teachers, and increasing the class change to three, etc. until he or she moves on to middle school. If students successfully develop the skills and knowledge to deal with various social, educational and life issues it, will lead to a sense of self-confidence, competence, better experience and academic decisions. Whereas if they do not develop the knowledge and skills, it will result in while failure, thus leaves the student feeling of inferior and lack self-confidence, etc. During a child’s adolescence, they struggle with their self-identity and are quite confused about their role in social relationships (Leader or follower; Who I am; Where am I going, etc.). When students need support, information, guidance, it is our roles as educators to lessen the confusion by developing their sense of self and personal identity, because their possible success leads them to have a strong sense of self- ability to stay true to themselves, and not be confused in their roles socially or
