1. Introduction

The hospitality industry is a wider term used for different types of fields from food and beverage to travel and tourism. Hospitality industry comprises of service and tourism industry. This industry is a million dollar industry which mostly depends on the availability of time and income for entertainment or leisure. A hospitality unit can be a restaurant, hotel, resort, motel, theme park, amusement parks, cruises etc.
One of the fastest growing sectors of the today’s economy is the fast food industry. A restaurant is a commercial establishment or business where food and drinks are prepared and served to the customers in exchange of money, either paid before or after the meal. Meals are generally served and eaten on premises, but many restaurants also offer take-away and food delivery services. Restaurants vary greatly in appearance and offerings, including a wide variety of the main chef 's cuisines and service models.

Olives Pizzas and Pitas is a small to medium sized organisation and its head office is located at dominion road and franchise stores are located at Hobson Street, East Tamaki and Sunny nook (North shore).
