1. Introduction

The hospitality industry is a wider term used for different types of fields from food and beverage to travel and tourism. Hospitality industry comprises of service and tourism industry. This industry is a million dollar industry which mostly depends on the availability of time and income for entertainment or leisure. A hospitality unit can be a restaurant, hotel, resort, motel, theme park, amusement parks, cruises etc.
One of the fastest growing sectors of the today’s economy is the fast food industry. A restaurant is a commercial establishment or business where food and drinks are prepared and served to the customers in exchange of money, either paid before or after the meal. Meals are generally served and eaten on premises, but many restaurants also offer take-away and food delivery services. Restaurants vary greatly in appearance and offerings, including a wide variety of the main chef 's cuisines and service models.

The theory is known as Herzberg’s Two Factor Theory of Motivation and Hygiene Factors. It explains the effect of individual and job characteristics on observations of the work environment and job satisfaction. The result shows unconvincing support of Herzbergs theory although the work itself is the strongest forecaster of job satisfaction after controlling job characteristics and Individual characteristics environment both. the study is completed by discussing both practical suggestions for People who are in leadership positions in universities and theoretical suggestions for researchers who are interested in exploring job satisfaction in higher education
