Inferno Brick Oven And Bar Restaurant Analysis

Improved Essays
The restaurant that I chose to eat at for this assignment was Inferno Brick Oven & Bar. This restaurant is located on College Avenue, State College. The meal period that this restaurant follows would be to provide lunch and dinner for their guests. The industry segment that this restaurant operates under would be the pizza segment and casual dining. This restaurant falls under this category due to their menu prices, silverware and china choice, table service, full-service bar, and the tips expected for the waiter/waitress.

This restaurant is an independent operation that was founded in 1963 by Andy Zangrilli. The operation just does not have Inferno Brick Oven & Bar, but a numerous amount of other restaurants around the area. These restaurants
