1.Johannine literature are books in the New Testament that contain the books of John that saturate the dynamics of the church.
The content of Johannine literature are the gospels of John, 1John, 2 John, 3 John and the book Revelation. These literature pieces of these scriptures are to provide a student of the New Testament with an intimate place to go encounter God. "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." (John 1:1)
The manuscripts that are within the Johannine literature give a student a vision of what the situation of life was like back in the time the scriptures were written, a student can endure a clear authentic form of what following the instructions of God looks like. In the gospels of John, Jesus ' approach on teaching are greatly intensed in its formation of preaching.
