List major accomplishments since your last appraisal. How do these align with your goals/objectives?
I started working for FP International July 27 2014 thru Quality Personal; I became a full-time employee July 27 2015. All together, I have been working for this company for nineteen months an as of this date I do not feel I have accomplished as much as I should have due to the fact I have not had the opportunity to lean each station. I have secured the knowledge of the sub assemblies required for PMOS, Heaters, Belt cover, Rib Covers, Blowers, Drive Motors, Contra Bars, Base Panels and soldering. I should know stations, one thru five; however I have secured station two and Pak -Vak. I do not want to just learn the task put before

I have come to find it is better to try and understand not only what the person is trying to relate, look at it from their point of view and maybe just maybe the issue can be handled with understanding, rather than conflict. Speak to me in the manner you yourself would want to be spoken to. Speaking with employee’s when something has gone awry can at time get frustrating, but nevertheless when someone talks at me, rather than to me I feel their response is similar to a forced conversation. I know I am weak in some areas of my job, but it not from a lack of trying on my part; I would like to grow in all areas of not just the job at hand. I cannot do that if I am not informed when a change has made. I would like for the team leaders to inform me how I can improve my job performance.
