In a universe filled with memories, cries, love, hate, and many more, it is also filled with many different types of people that wander throughout the world today. However, there are other different types of people today but are known for being the same thing, and those people are called heroes . A vast majority of people see a hero as someone who saves people’s lives by destroying the evil villain, but that is not necessarily the case. Many people throughout the world have made history in a way no one else really could. Those people have changed the lives of many people in society by influencing them to make their lives better or by knowing what choices are the right ones to make. Adults, teenagers, kids and many more question if heroes really do exist, and that continues to stick through the minds of those people today. In a majority of movie films throughout many years, the idea of the movie is to show that superheroes can save the day and prove that the world will never end with having that hero near. These types of superheroes have a special kind of super power that no one else haves save the world from being demolished or saving people’s lives from a cruel and evil enemy. Despite the fact of having those super powers, Helen Keller and Nelson Mandela are known for being heroes to the world. As Helen became unruly and hopeless, she was introduced to a twenty year old woman named Anne Sullivan who then taught Helen Keller how to communicate with others without her sight and hearing. Not only did Anne Sullivan teach her how to communicate with other people in a way, but to also teach her love and obedience. With Sullivan’s devoted, creative, and stubborn help, Helen Keller rediscovered the concept that concrete things are associated with linguistic symbols (Williams). As her life continued learning everything in a different way of others, she made it further than she ever thought she would. Fresh out of college, Helen Keller completed her education and could now focus her energy on different pursuits. While Helen Keller was still a schoolgirl, she began her lifelong career of philanthropic fund-raising, collecting contributions for the education of a destitute blind and deaf boy when she was eleven, giving a tea to benefit the kindergarten for the blind when she was twelve, and campaigning for money to start a public library in Tuscumbia when she was thirteen (Williams). Though she died in 1968, she has not been forgotten. Helen Keller will forever be a hero because she gave people the idea of seeing the beauty in life even when nothing can be seen at all. The beauty in life doesn’t always have to be about what something or someone looks like; it can also come from the actions people make. Nelson Mandela is known …show more content…
