One of the many great things about Agorans is they help callers find useful strategies for coping with stress and finding ways to motivate themselves to achieve their goals. Even though Agorans help callers how do Agorans personally cope with their own stress and motivation? Jeremy Armijo copes with his stress by taking time to relax which consists of watching his favorite tv shows, movies, and listening to his favorite rapper Eminem. When times get tough and stressful listening to Eminem relieves the stress, because Jeremy finds that he can relate to the lyrics.
