Café Ole, like many of the restaurants that are in the Riverwalk, gave us the option of seating either inside the restaurant or on the outside and enjoy the view. Obviously this was a no brainer, and we opted for dining outdoors. As I had previously said, each restaurant has their own theme, and the Café Ole followed the same protocol. Since my family comes from a Mexican background, it is evident that we were going to choose a Mexican restaurant. I decide to try their signature steak fajitas with rice, beans, guacamole and pico de gallo. Being 21 years old and of legal drinking age, I want my plate to be accompanied with a piña colada. I grab a piece of tortilla, and scoop a mixture of steak, rice and beans, and top it off with hint of guacamole. The first bite that I take is orgasmic like. I still have a bit of food left on the tortilla, but now I place a spoonful of pico de gallo.
