Is there a heaven and a hell? If you had to live in the fiery pits of hell or in relaxing joyful heaven what would you choose? Choose wisely because you don’t get to leave after your decision is made. Obviously everyone would choose relaxing joyful heaven unless you have issues. Hell is ruled by the devil and according to many religious beliefs it is an afterlife of suffering where the wicked or unrighteous dead are punished. Heaven is ruled by God and it s referred to the sky or the area above the earth where the heavenly bodies are placed. Heaven is where God and all his angels live. You can get there by being a good Christian. For example, you must always follow the Ten Commandments, placing your faith in the Holy Trinity, and share the gospel. The Ten Commandments are rules handed down to Moses by God on Mount Sinai. As a follower of Christ you are expected to follow these rules throughout your everyday life. The devil is a fallen angel who terrorizes the world through evil. Before the devil became who he is today, he was actually an angel. His name was Lucifer and he was the perfect angel. He was above everyone in Heaven. He radiated light and glory and he was covered in gold and shimmering jewels (History of Satan). One day God and Jesus had a private meeting and Lucifer was not included. He became jealous of envious of God power and wanted the same thing. Lucifer refused to repent and return back to God. He was thrown out of Heaven along with the other angels that were on his side. So Lucifer made his own kingdom with his followers which are demons. The devil’s kingdom is called Hell.
